About The Artwork

This painting is part of the series of works called "Construction works". The works in this series are created through a stream of consciousness, the artist does not know what she will represent before making a work and following her instinct she brings out unconscious thoughts and bizarre subjects. The "Construction Works" represent the manifestation of the artist's feelings, emotions, ideas and memories on different themes, he himself used these works to be able to carry out a psychological analysis of himself. The name chosen for this series derives from the fact that these works defined the technical and representative alphabet of the artist's style.

Born into a family of sculptors and painters in Turin, Italy, he cultivated a passion for art as a child, first studying design at the Renato Cottini art high school and later at the Albertina Academy of Fine Arts. His art, the result of his interest in cubism and surrealism, tries to represent his life, his thoughts and his emotions through streams of consciousness. In fact, the artist usually does not know what he will represent on the canvas but lets sensations guide his hand, and this allows his unconscious thoughts to reveal themselves. often a work begins to develop through an idea and ends up representing something completely different, there are few works that have begun and finished without the incipit changing. Not all the works were developed through this process, but thanks to them the artist managed to define the vocabulary of symbols and the technique that managed to make his style distinguishable.
