It’s about standing at the precipise with an open mind and heart. The circle is like a portal to a new way of being in the world, because once you’ve entered this space, you can’t unsee what you’ve seen. Listening to new perspectives, soaking up research, observing my thought patterns and trying new things, like mediation, visualization and practicing gratitude set me on a course that has resulted in an internal shift towards mindfulness. It starts with an open mindset - are u ready to cross the threshold? SYMBOLISM // The large circle in this piece is somewhat of a portal.
